    • Make sure your child eats a healthy breakfast and is well rested.
    • Work with your child to create a homework and study routine.
    • Praise and encourage your child often.
    • Monitor and limit the amount of TV and/or video games your child watches or plays.
    • Celebrate your child's successes and work with them on areas for improvement.
